The 2 bedroom apartments were the perfect, spacious & cozy home for our little family. Staff is friendly, courteous & positively proactive on getting things handled for residents. We enjoyed the resident dinners they would host, as it made the complex feel like a true community. Maintenance was on top of any problem we had in our unit! We also benefited from signing a long term (15 month lease) to get a better rate on rent. Our experience was wonderful from beginning to end!

LOVED living at these apartments! Where do I even begin. Alicia and Travis at the office were always so helpful and understanding. The apartments are quiet and safe due to the gated entrance. Good location near many stores and places to find food. Valet trash service was awesome and timely. Maintenance requests were always completed very quickly and efficiently. Plus the office does monthly events to help get tenants out and build a community. Some examples are dinners, brunches, coffee club, and bingo night. They are also always doing drawings and raffles as gifts to the tenants. The grounds are always kept clean as well. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone.

I lived here with my family, for about a year and a half and would have stayed longer but our family was relocated out of state after a promotion. If you are on the fence about renting here, I would 100% recommend that you do it! I have lived in 3 different “luxury” communities throughout San Antonio the last 6 years, and this was by far my favorite. You get a beautiful, well laid out apartment at a fair price. The grounds are well maintained. You get all of the amenities. Maintenance requests are handled quickly. It is a quiet complex, with thick walls, so you aren’t hearing your neighbors. I loved the fact that you only had a few people around you, unlike other complexes with 3-4 floors per building, here you only had one person above you and one far off to your side if you lived on the bottom floor. That is hard to find at most apartment complexes! The Location was also hard to beat with easy access to both 410 AND 1604 and H-E-B’s located in either direction. Op Schnabel Park and the local YMCA was right across the street. But what really makes this a place that I recommend is the staff. Every single person there from the office manager, to the leasing agents, to the maintenance staff, actually cares about your experience as a whole. They work hard to build a strong community, which is evidenced by their monthly events. Their community dinners/brunches were some of the best I’d ever been to at any apartment I ever lived in! Arlene, Travis and Alicia work hard for everyone who lives there. They are efficient, friendly and reliable. So If you are considering a new place, don’t forget to stop here. I am very happy I found this place. The layout is great. The property aesthetics are beautiful and the people in the office are friendly, responsive and helpful. Maintenance issues have been resolved very promptly. Make sure you understand and accept the fees when you lease and then again when you move out. I recommend this complex and would definitely rent here again.

This is the first apartment complex I moved into when i left my parents house and when my lease was up i decided to renew my lease and move into a bigger space.. The office staff is usually very friends and able to answer my questions when i have any. whenever i have a clogged toilet/shower or leaking pipe it’s always fixed within a couple days. the outside is kept nicely and over all a great place to live.

I have lived here for more than a year now and can say it has been pleasant. Great area. The outside areas are taken care of well. Walls not too thick though. I can sometimes hear the people below me, but it isn’t a nuisance. Staff has always been courteous to me.
