Whether you are one of our current residents or a new resident, we would like to personally invite you to tour and utilize our website. By choosing from the “Resident Menu” you can make your rental payment and place your service request online.
The property calendar and blog will also be updated with helpful information and community events for your convenience. There is also a location tab with a listing of area restaurants, shopping, school districts and fitness clubs just to name a few. Five Day Trash Pickup
Sunday through Thursday From 6PM-8PM
Bag and tie your trash and place it in your waste container outside of your home.
A Valet Living Rep. will collect your trash promptly at 8PM.

The Amazon Hub package lockers are now here onsite for our resident’s convenience. When your package is delivered, you will receive an email and a text with a special code. Simply enter your code at the Hub and retrieve your package, 24/7! Your package needs, made easy!

In our continued efforts to bring you great customer service, preventative pest control treatment is available for every apartment home throughout the year, on a rotating schedule. Click here for the schedule.
If you need to schedule treatment outside of these pre-selected dates of service, please contact the leasing office by the close of business EVERY Monday to ensure service for the following day on Tuesday. Submit an online request here!
